Every Relationship I Entered Ended the Same Way The Pattern I Discovered Terrified Me

For years, my love life followed the same painful script. Things would start well. I would meet someone caring, supportive, and serious about the future. Friends would celebrate with me, saying I had finally found “the one.” Then, just when the relationship became stable, everything would collapse without warning.

Some men suddenly grew cold. Others left after unexplained fights that seemed to come from nowhere. A few cheated. Others claimed they felt “blocked” or uncomfortable around me, even though nothing had changed.

After the fifth failed relationship, I stopped blaming people and started asking myself what was really wrong. The pattern became impossible to ignore. Every breakup happened around the same stage, usually after talks of marriage or long-term plans.

I began feeling fear instead of hope whenever a relationship got serious. That fear pushed me to look for deeper answers beyond logic.
