I Kept Losing Jobs No Matter How Qualified I Was, Until I Did This To Finally Get A Job

Daniel is a university graduate from Eldoret, Kenya. He studied procurement and logistics and graduated with good grades and strong recommendations from his lecturers. Like many young professionals, Daniel believed education and hard work were enough to secure a stable job. He prepared his CV carefully, attended short professional courses, and applied for dozens of positions across the country. Despite his effort, rejection became his daily experience.
What hurt Daniel the most was that he would always pass the first stages. He performed well in interviews, answered questions confidently, and was often told he was “a strong candidate.” Some employers even promised to call him back. Weeks would pass, and nothing would happen. In some cases, he would be informed at the last minute that the position had been given to someone else. This pattern repeated itself again and again, leaving him confused and frustrated.
As months turned into years, Daniel’s confidence dropped. Family members began questioning his abilities, and friends he graduated with moved ahead in their careers. He survived on small temporary jobs that did not match his qualifications. The emotional pressure was heavy. Daniel started doubting himself and wondering if there was something seriously wrong with him. Deep inside, he felt that his situation could not be explained by lack of skills alone.
