British Politician Questions Netanyahu’s Whereabouts After Bizarre AI-Generated Video Surfaces

A former British Member of Parliament has ignited fresh speculation about the fate of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after pointing out glaring errors in what appears to be an artificially generated video released by Israeli officials.

George Galloway, the leader of Britain’s Workers Party, took to social media platform X to express bewilderment over a video purportedly showing Netanyahu delivering a speech—footage that contains what Galloway describes as unmistakable signs of AI manipulation, including the prime minister appearing with six fingers on one hand.

“Did this really happen? Why did Israel broadcast an AI-generated speech by Netanyahu last night, where the Prime Minister is clearly visible with six fingers?” Galloway wrote. “Where is he? Where is Ben Gvir?”

The video, which was supposedly released by Israeli sources, has raised more questions than answers according to Galloway, who also expressed astonishment at Western media outlets’ apparent willingness to overlook the obvious flaws in the footage rather than investigate the troubling questions surrounding Netanyahu’s whereabouts.

Galloway’s concerns come amid growing unease over Netanyahu’s prolonged absence from public view. The Israeli leader has neither appeared publicly nor released video statements for several consecutive days—a highly unusual silence that coincides with intensified Iranian military operations.

The timing is particularly significant given that Iran’s Islamic Republic forces recently escalated their retaliatory strikes under what has been dubbed “True Promise 4,” dramatically raising tensions in an already volatile region.

In recent days, social media platforms have buzzed with unverified speculation that Netanyahu and several senior Israeli officials may have been killed or seriously wounded during Iranian missile attacks. While these rumors remain officially unconfirmed, the lack of visible proof of life from the Israeli leadership has done little to quiet the speculation.

Galloway, a controversial but veteran figure in British politics who has served multiple terms in Parliament, appears to be giving voice to concerns that extend far beyond the usual conspiracy theories circulating online. His questioning of why Israeli officials would release obviously manipulated footage rather than authentic video of their leader strikes at the heart of a mystery that has captured international attention.

The apparent use of AI-generated content to simulate Netanyahu’s presence raises uncomfortable questions: If the prime minister is alive and well, why not simply show him? And what explains Western media’s reluctance to probe these discrepancies?

As hours turn into days without a verified appearance from Netanyahu, the questions Galloway has posed publicly are increasingly being whispered in diplomatic circles and newsrooms alike. Whether they will be answered with proof of life or more manufactured footage remains to be seen.
