He Thought the Accident Was Over Until the Shadow Followed Him Home

It happened late one evening. I was involved in a road accident—nothing dramatic, no major injuries. Shaken, yes, but alive. I thanked God, went home, and tried to forget about it. That’s when the real problem started.

That same night, I felt like I wasn’t alone in the house. Not fear exactly more like a presence. When I turned off the lights, I saw a shadow at the corner of the room. It didn’t move when I moved. I blamed my mind. Trauma, maybe.
But the shadow returned the next night. And the next.

It wasn’t just shadows anymore. I heard footsteps behind me when I walked. I felt cold air even in closed rooms. Sometimes I’d wake up suddenly, heart racing, with the strong feeling that someone was standing next to my bed. I stopped sleeping properly. I became irritated, withdrawn, anxious.
