Doctors Found Nothing Wrong, Yet I Was Always Weak The Answer Came From an Unexpected Place

For almost two years, my life slowed down in a way I couldn’t explain. I woke up tired, even after a full night’s sleep. Simple tasks felt heavy. By midday, my body would feel drained, like all the energy had been switched off without warning.
Naturally, I went to the hospital. I did blood tests, scans, and follow-ups.
Each time, the results came back the same: everything looked normal. Doctors reassured me and suggested stress, diet changes, or rest. I followed the advice, but nothing changed.
What made it harder was the confusion. When people can see a problem, they tend to understand.
But when nothing shows up in tests, the struggle becomes lonely. Some people started saying I was exaggerating. Others assumed I was lazy or depressed. Even I began doubting myself.
Despite eating better and resting more, the weakness stayed. Some days I couldn’t concentrate at work.
Other days, I felt light-headed for no clear reason. I stopped planning activities because I never knew when my strength would disappear. Life became about managing exhaustion. The turning point came during a quiet conversation with a family member.
