There are seasons in life where nothing makes sense, no matter how hard you try. That was my reality for many years. Every plan I made collapsed, every opportunity slipped out of my hands, and every breakthrough I hoped for turned into disappointment.
People said it was “normal challenges,” but deep inside, I knew my situation wasn’t normal at all. It felt like something was holding my life down, blocking every door before I even reached it.
I watched people with less effort pass me, succeed, grow, and celebrate milestones while I remained stuck in the same place year after year. Job interviews went well but never called back.
Money entered my hands but left immediately. Relationships ended for reasons I couldn’t explain. I even started falling sick without any clear diagnosis. It reached a point where I began to fear waking up because each new day came with a new problem.
The lowest moment came when I lost a job I had served faithfully for five years. No warning, no explanation just “We’re restructuring.” At the same time, my rent increased, a close friend betrayed my trust, and a relative I supported financially turned against me. It was as if everything in my life was collapsing at once.
