She Lied About Collecting The Necklace But Testified After The Owner Was Determined To Get It

I’m sharing this because what happened still gives me chills, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. It started when my sister found a necklace while visiting an old cemetery with friends. She said it was half-buried near a neglected grave, old but strangely shiny.

Against everyone’s advice, she picked it up and took it home, saying it was probably just lost jewelry. From that moment, nothing was normal again. The first night she wore it, she complained of a heavy feeling around her neck. She kept waking up from sleep, saying she felt like someone was pulling the necklace tighter.

At first, we dismissed it. But then she started dreaming about the same unknown woman every night standing silently, staring, reaching out. Things escalated quickly. My sister became withdrawn, irritable, and constantly tired. She stopped laughing.

She said the house felt crowded, like someone else was always there. Worse still, she said she could hear soft knocking sounds at night, always coming from the corner where she hung the necklace. We tried removing it. But every time we placed it somewhere else, it somehow ended up back where she slept. That’s when fear truly set in.
